Return Timeframe

Due to the custom nature of our furniture, returns are subject to specific conditions and timeframes:

  • Standard Custom Furniture: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for custom furniture items.
  • Made-to-Order Items: Custom orders that are made specifically to your specifications may have different return terms as specified in your project agreement.
  • Final Sale Items: Some items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, you must contact us within the specified timeframe. Returns initiated after the return period will not be accepted unless otherwise specified by law.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unassembled (if applicable)
  • The item must include all original packaging, tags, labels, and documentation
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • The item must be returned with proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)
  • Custom furniture must meet the specific return conditions outlined in your project agreement
  • The return must be initiated within the specified return timeframe

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Items returned in damaged or unsaleable condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are handled as follows:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs. We will arrange for pickup or provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Change of Mind Returns: If you are returning an item for reasons other than defects or errors on our part (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Custom Furniture: Due to the size and nature of custom furniture, return shipping costs may be significant. These costs will be clearly outlined in your project agreement and are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Large Items: Large or heavy items may require special shipping arrangements. We will coordinate with you to arrange appropriate return shipping, and costs will be determined based on the specific item and location.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount if not prepaid by you, or you may be invoiced separately for return shipping if the refund does not cover the shipping costs.

Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is approved. This RA number must be included with your return shipment.
  3. Packaging: Carefully package the item in its original packaging if possible. Include all original accessories, tags, and documentation. If original packaging is not available, use appropriate packaging to ensure the item arrives in good condition.
  4. Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization. If we are arranging return shipping, we will provide you with a prepaid label and pickup instructions.
  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange according to our policy. You will receive confirmation via email.

Please note that returns without a valid Return Authorization number may be refused or delayed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Custom-Made Furniture: Items that have been specifically customized, personalized, or made to order according to your exact specifications, unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error
  • Damaged or Used Items: Items that have been damaged, assembled, used, or modified by the customer
  • Final Sale Items: Items clearly marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase
  • Special Order Items: Items that were specially ordered and cannot be resold
  • Clearance Items: Items purchased during clearance sales, unless defective
  • Items Missing Original Packaging: Items returned without original packaging, tags, or documentation (unless due to our error)
  • Items Beyond Return Period: Items returned after the specified return period has expired
  • Hygiene-Related Items: Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons once opened or used

General Legal Requirements

For customers in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to certain exceptions for custom-made goods.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following circumstances:

  • Before Production Begins: If your order has not yet entered production, you may cancel it for a full refund. However, any design fees or consultation fees already paid may be non-refundable.
  • During Production: If production has already begun, cancellation may be subject to fees to cover work completed, materials ordered, and administrative costs. We will provide you with a detailed breakdown of any cancellation fees.
  • After Production: Once production is complete or the item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may, however, initiate a return according to our Return Policy if the item meets return conditions.
  • Custom Orders: Custom orders may have specific cancellation terms outlined in your project agreement. Please refer to your agreement for details.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
  • Processing Time: After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional time.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item(s), minus any applicable restocking fees, return shipping costs, or deductions for damage or missing items.
  • Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in less than original condition or with missing components, we may issue a partial refund reflecting the diminished value of the item.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if not prepaid by you.
  • Design or Consultation Fees: Fees for design consultations or custom design work are generally non-refundable once work has been completed, unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Return the original item according to our Return Policy
  • Once your refund is processed, place a new order for the desired item

For custom furniture, exchanges may not be possible due to the custom nature of the items. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • Keep all original packaging and documentation
  • Do not use or assemble the damaged item

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include:

  • Coverage of all related shipping costs
